1Scope of Application

This General Transaction Policy applies to all customers performing:

  • Table reservations, dining reservations;
  • Using culinary services and related services at Camia Restaurant, through the website camiarestaurant.com or other official booking channels announced by the restaurant.

2Table Reservation and Transaction Confirmation Process

  • Customers make table reservations through the website camiarestaurant.com, phone, email or booking platforms approved by Camia Restaurant.
  • A reservation is only considered complete and valid when the customer receives official confirmation from the system or from the restaurant's customer service department.
  • Confirmation information includes: service time, number of guests, seating area (if any). Other special requests will be confirmed directly with the customer via email.
  • The reservation contract is considered established when the customer completes the registration steps on the website and receives a Booking ID via email.

3Deposit Policy

Camia Restaurant has the right to require advance deposits for certain cases, including but not limited to:

  • Reservations for large groups;
  • Reservations on peak days, holidays, Tet;
  • Party reservations, events or special service requests.

The deposit amount and payment deadline will be specifically notified at the time of reservation confirmation. The deposit will be deducted from the total invoice value when the customer uses the service.

4Payment Methods

Camia Restaurant accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash;
  • Credit card/debit card;
  • Bank transfer, QR code or other legal electronic payment methods as regulated at each time.

All payment transactions are conducted transparently, safely and in compliance with Vietnamese law.

5Service Prices, Fees and Taxes

Service prices published on the menu or price list do not include:

  • Service fee (if applicable);
  • Value Added Tax (VAT) as regulated by law.

The total payment cost will be clearly and fully shown on the invoice provided by Camia Restaurant.

6Table Holding Time

  • Customers are requested to arrive on time according to the reserved time.
  • The restaurant will only hold the table for a maximum of 30 minutes past the reserved time. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled and considered as "No-show".
  • A confirmed reservation is valid for up to 2 hours of dining. Extension of time is subject to table availability at the restaurant.

7Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy

  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge no later than 3 days before the arrival date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 3 days of the arrival date, the full deposit will be forfeited.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up without prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

Reservation Changes

  • The restaurant is flexible in changing reservation times subject to table availability. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your reservation time for assistance.

Additional Notes

  • Beachfront seating: Due to high demand, the restaurant cannot guarantee beachfront seating in advance.
  • Pets: Unfortunately, the restaurant does not allow pets.

8Rights and Obligations of Parties

Camia Restaurant

  • Provide services according to confirmed information;
  • Ensure service quality, safety and customer experience;
  • Have the right to refuse service in cases of violation of restaurant rules or legal regulations.

Customers

  • Provide complete and accurate reservation information;
  • Comply with restaurant rules and regulations during service use;
  • Pay in full all costs incurred according to valid invoices.

9General Terms

  • Camia Restaurant has the right to adjust and update this General Transaction Policy from time to time to suit business operations and legal regulations.
  • The policy takes effect from the time it is published on the website camiarestaurant.com.
  • Any disputes arising (if any) will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved according to Vietnamese law.
